Yes — custom apparel, embroidery, promotional products, and all other items we produce are covered for production defects and shipping errors within 7 business days of delivery.
Not always. In many cases, photos of the issue are sufficient to verify and resolve the claim. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid label and instructions. Do not ship anything back without authorization.
