Return & Refund Policy

We’re proud to bring years of expertise in delivering premium custom products and earning the trust of countless satisfied customers. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that issues can occasionally occur — and when they do, we’re committed to making them right.

Your satisfaction matters most. We aim to provide the highest-quality custom items with some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out so we can resolve it promptly.

If your custom product is misprinted, flawed, or damaged, we’ll gladly reprint or refund your order at no cost — no hassles, no delays. Simply contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

1. Scope

Each order placed with Thread Print is custom-made based on your artwork, size, and product selections. Because of this personalization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, or other preference-related issues.

2. When Returns or Replacements Are Eligible

  • The product is defective, misprinted, or damaged during production or shipping.
  • The issue is caused by our process or materials, not by customer-provided artwork, file errors, or post-delivery handling.

3. How to Submit a Claim

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@threadprint.co or by calling (760) 415-0741.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected items.
  • Do not return any products until instructed.

Once verified, we’ll issue either:

  • A reprint of the affected items, or
  • A refund for the defective portion of your order.

4. What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Orders canceled after production begins.
  • Incorrect size, color, or design approved before printing.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or garment tone (normal in custom printing).
  • Products damaged after delivery due to washing, misuse, or wear.
  • Claims made after 7 business days from receipt.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the issue is our fault, we’ll cover the cost of reprinting and re-shipping your corrected order.
  • If a return is required, we’ll provide detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees for non-defective items are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once printing or embroidery has started, the order becomes final and non-refundable. If a cancellation is accepted pre-production, a restocking or processing fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of business or profit) arising from your order or the use of our products.

8. Policy Updates

Thread Print reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
